4 month check-up

Paxton had his 4 month check up today! When we went back with the nurse, she weighed and measured him (my favorite part). When she plotted it on the chart, she said his height was in the 55th %ile, his weight was in the 25th %ile, and his head was in the 76th %ile. That really struck me as odd, because it was a big drop in all areas from his last check-up, especially his head! When the doctor came in, she was talking about how he had dropped but that he continued to be completely healthy. Then she opens the chart to show us and it turns out that the nurse was plotting him on the six month chart!! So turns out Paxton is still a good sized 6 month old haha. With the adjusted %ile, he is 26.75" long (90th %ile), 15lbs. 13oz. (75 %ile), and a head above the 95th %ile! Much better! Everything continues to look good and he is developing right on target (and a little advanced) for all developmental milestones. We go back in two months for his 6th month appointment!
