September 3, 2009- 1st doctor’s appointment
I had my first appointment with the doctor today. Nothing too exciting to report…just a regular, old exam. She reassured me that it was perfectly fine for me to eat whatever sounds good to me and not to stress about trying to eat a healthy diet. She told me that the baby will get whatever it needs from me at this point and that it was more important for me to eat, period. That was very comforting to hear because I was majorly stressed that I wasn’t getting all of my fruits and veggies in each day, along with 3 glasses of milk. We scheduled an ultrasound for September 28th and I will go in for my next doctor’s appointment on that day too!
