Christmas 2011!

Phew!  Hard to believe the holiday season has already come and gone.  It really snuck up on me this year!

Paxton had quite an exciting holiday season and was spoiled as always!  The season started in Galion where we celebrated with my mom's side of the family, along with my dad's mom.
Watching the bird with Gigi (great grandma)
Getting pretty good at opening presents!

Christmas Eve

The three of us headed to church.  When we got home, Pax got his first gift from us (new pajamas!) and Jim and I had our annual dinner of Vitos pizza and beer.  We then played Santa and headed to bed.

Not too pleased about getting his picture taken before church
Spinning in circles helped a little
 Pretty decent!
 Opening his gifts

Christmas Day!

Pax got up around 8:30 and we headed down to open the gifts!  Pax's first gift was a Mickey music player.  Should have saved that for later because he wasn't interested in opening anything else!  After gifts were opened, we headed to my parents house to open gifts and have brunch.  Later, we came home and Pax played with all his new stuff.  We had a big Christmas night dinner, just the three of us!

Santa!  He came!

What happens when you take Mickey away....
 Happy boy

 Ball pit- best.thing.ever.
Loved this car from Mike and Arica!
 A potty!!
Oi.  Our house has been transformed.
Christmas dinner!

Wednesday, December 28th

We headed to the inlaws for a few days.  Jim's brother, Robb, flew in from Spain for the first time in 4 years!  He got to meet Pax for the first time.  We also headed to a Christmas party at the Butcher's house!  Santa made an appearance!

Keeping my eye on the big guy...
 BALLS!!
Pax loved sitting in this bag full of balls!
Getting sleepy- checking out the dog's bed!

Thursday, December 29th

Christmas with the inlaws!  Santa made another appearance!  Pax is such a lucky guy!  The big gift that he got was a tractor! He freaked himself out when he stepped on the gas pedal getting on, so he has avoided it the past few days.  Gpa has big plans for Pax helping him in the summer, so hopefully he'll be over it by then!!

Is that Santa?!
 Yep!!
 What's in that bag, Santa?

Who says you have to OPEN the presents?  They make a fun toy in the box!

 Mickey coloring book1
 Tractor!!
Checking out the train book with Uncle Robb
Making Rice Krispie treats with Uncle Robb...love the face!

Overall, we had an amazing Christmas holiday!  Thank you SO much to all our family and friends!!
