Mother's Day

Today was my second Mother's Day! Pax was less than a month old for my first Mother's Day, so this one was a lot more fun! We started out the day by sleeping in until 8:30 and then headed to Granite City for brunch. When we got home, Paxton went down for a nap. When he got up, he ate lunch and we headed to the park. He loved swinging on the swings, going down the slide, and bouncing the duck. We also went for a little walk. After his afternoon nap, we headed to Smedlap Smithy's restaurant for dinner with my mom and dad, Mike, and Arica. This restaurant was where we had our rehearsal dinner almost 5 years ago. It was so cool to go back with our little man!

Overall, we had a wonderful day!
