Paxton had a wonderful birthday celebration! Mommy took the day off to spend the day with her little man. We started the day off with Paxton's doctor's appointment. After his afternoon nap, we went to Playland with Paxton's friend, Madilynn. The Playland is a large warehouse which has swing sets and blow up toys. Paxton was in love with the slide! I think we have a little thrill seeker on our hands. After that, we picked up daddy and headed to dinner at Red Robin. Paxton loved the balloon he was given and played with it while waiting for our food. He had a very yummy dinner of macaroni and cheese and broccoli! After dinner, the servers came out to sing to Paxton and he freaked out! He screamed at the top of his lungs and lunged at me. I think the singing was just too loud. After the girls were done singing, and Paxton realized they had brought him an ice cream sundae, he was happy again.

On Saturday, we had some family friends drive up to v
isit. Jim's parents also arrived around lunch, so we all headed out to Schmuker's for some good food and amazing pie! Paxton and I were going to share daddy's pie, but daddy got strawberry, which Pax didn't like! More for me :)
Sunday was Paxton's birthday party! We had a wonderful time! Paxton got a ton of amazing presents and was completely spoiled. He loved his cake, but mostly preferred the icing, just like his momma!
